Staff Wellness at Buttons is something we pride ourselves on massively. Our Head Office and Managers work closely together to make sure our staff are happy and uplifted. 

Over the past few years, we have had a hot beverage van attend settings after work, during the winter, to allow the staff to socialise and enjoy a warm yummy treat before going home. Another setting manager decided she would set up a cream tea afternoon for her staff to attend in pairs, this was in support of Mental Health Awareness Month.

International Women's Day

In honour of International Women's Day, 8th March 2023, our managers organised a breakfast and gift swap between the staff members. The gift swap allowed the staff to get to know one another on a personal level as they came up with ideas of what that person enjoys.
