Trainee Practitioner:

Buttons are committed to supporting young people as they leave school as an option to remaining in higher education, to this end we run a very successful Trainee Practitioner scheme. Buttons ethos includes recruitment of at least one trainee at each of their provisions.

Success stories include a Trainee Practitioner in 2013 now a setting manager undertaking her foundation degree, a Trainee in 2015 just about to complete her Level 3.
